Just the fact that you have to go online and make an appointment is such an inconvenience, let alone having to wait months for that appointment (which in some cases is for a drivers license or ID card for identification purposes!!!) I can't even verify who I am for my bank accounts!!!! It is now costing me money!!!! I plan on filing a complain to the proper authorities! What they are doing is violating peoples right to due process of the law, that's why its supposed to be a "public courthouse"!!!

Went to royal palm beach corthousr to renew tag. Thete was a line clerk didnt attempt to wait on customers but insyead engaged in convetsations with deputy that was standing by her desk this went on for several minutes. No interest at check in desk to help anyone. I left went to npb courthouse check in was immediate

Charles E Burton....the system there is a joke...they put judges on the bench. That are clueless and just rush you through the process...all it comes down to is they rush people thru the system like cattle....you give the judge documents to read ..they don't...they pass on judgements that are not fare...my x toke my son away from me 2 years ago. I hardly get to see him..and talk to him...i drive for uber and barely getting paid. I get stung for 650.00 a month child support. When i am.making 800.00 a month...then i.have to drive 3 hours each way to see him...no place to stay. The guys get screwed by the courts in florida....the courts are always late on the documents. 1 day notice or no notice on anything. ..its like dumb and dumer is i. Charge...

Is a lot of bad justice made in this court, good parents, who can’t see children for moths or year!!! What is this???

Such injustice in this court, shame all connecting true the guardian of children, lawyers and some judges!!! All thick together. Is all about who is who !!!

Shame on this system or on them . One day justice come!

Judge John Phillips is bias and appears to have a hatred toward women and children as he continually violates our rights. He took my two children and gave them to one of his "abusive" CASA Guardian Ad Litems of whom I have had a "Protective Order" against for her violence and the father of whom I also had a Protective Order against. These were all ignored along with the fact that I have no history of drugs, neglect, mental illness, abuse or anything and I have not been allowed any contact whatsoever with my son in over six years. My daughter ran away from down these as she was in fear of her life. Howell Watkins school told me in an email that there was an Order of No Contact against me preventing me from contacting my son. I asked them to send me a copy of the document. The school never provided the document nor did they allow me any contact with my son or send any messages, then found out from the news my son's teacher was wanted for Child ***! what is going on down there PALM BEACH COUNTY? It looks like the judge and the schools are involved with some corruption!

Judge Robert Panse insisted I attend a hearing by telephone when he was aware I was just released from the hospital having major surgery, 130 stitches and was prescribed OXYCODONE which I was to take 6 times a day for pain.

Judge Panse knew I would be unable to speak or think clearly but as his JA said to me, having cancer was no big deal as she herself had cancer. My opinion, only a corrupt and or crooked judge would insist a litigant attend a hearing when they were heavily sedated and unable to make a rational decision. Judge Panse allowed the Defendant's counsel to "buy" a summary disposition. Moreover, Judge Panse then refused to listen to the actual tape between the code enforcement officer and myself showing the Defendant lied when posting lies on the Internet.

.Crooked judges like this we don't need sitting. Counsel for the Defendant that set up a hearing for December and Plaintiff sent Judge Panse a letter by FEDEX GROUND requesting the PLaintiff be allowed to video tape the proceeding and bring in the media. The letter was sent in 12-5-16 and received 12-6-16. Judge Panse didn't even have the decency to respond so imagine the media showing up only to be told they were not allowed into the courtroom.

Imagine the Plaintiff paying a court reporter to bring in a professional to video tape the proceeding. Judges feel once they put on their robe, they are GOD.Once Judge Panse runs for re-election, not only will I be personally flying banners all over Palm Beach County but I will also have a boat with a large banner close to shore letting the public know he should be removed from the bench.

Im having the same issue as well with Judge Garrison and Bonavita. They told me my case was Frivolous and was insufficient even though I had recorded evidence that they viewed. I filed a Jury trial Pro Se as well.

Was actually falsely arrested to start,then assaulted by police officer,and nine other officers helped by restraining my arms and legs, then was carried to an empty cell,and told to get down,get down on the ground now ",said officer d. Scott.the agressor that then proceeded to run at me and punch me as hard as he could , and then blood was squirting out of my eyelid.he ran out of cell and shut the door,trapping me in cage,bleeding.i asked each individual officer for assistance,they just pointed and laughed at me.so then after being booked,the next thing is court. I then was in court and told the pu lic defender about incident.and said into microphone to judge i was assaulted just prior..he then said get him out if my courtroom before i put him in comtempt..and spent months with out being even allowed a greivance form..And had blood all over my shirt and a bruised black eye..this courthouse is t errible..

Family court corruption

Follow-up on above filing from January of 2015. I just saw this and am wondering about the status of this request. Did you get enough supporters? I have quite a few examples of "irregular" activities within the PB courthouse, complete with documentation, if this is still alive. I do not want to provide this here if the issue is now closed. I will check back to this site to confirm status. Thank you for taking the time to look into this and yes you are correct, they have the power and money.

If you have a complaint or you Divorce and Child Support case was not handled properly and by the law by Judge John Phillips, please write us down and join the group and let us be heard all the way to Tallahassee, FL and make sure actions are taken against the mistreatment and injustice and rudeness of Judge John L. Phillips. He was thrown out of Delray Beach, FL for a reason and now he is in Palm Beach Gardens insulting, treating Lawyers and Pro-Se with a bad attitude and prejudicial actions that are hurting our families during the divorce proceedings.

He gave my daughter's dad full visitation that has never been there for her at all.. she will be 12 soon and this "dad" don't know anything about her.. he just stepped in her life only because of his wife made him so their kids can know who their older sibling is. He stayed stayed away because of the age difference between us both. I was 16 at the time and he was 19...I thought until i was served papers. Turns out he was 23.. ??? (tears and embarrassing) He lied and obviously likes to prey on children because his wife is the same age as me and was in the picture 12 years ago.. meaning she was 16 too.. Any who - long story short, when it came time for the final judgment, the court was scheduled for 9:30am, by the time i walked through the door, they was in the process of finalizing the judgment and I didn't have a say so. He never heard my side of things. In my heart i think they started at 9:00am. I lost it! i told him off. I almost was incarcerated for the things i said to him, because this fight between the visitation of my daughter wasn't a fair one. I'm not saying that she doesn't deserves to be with her "dad", what i'm saying is why every weekend, why every holiday, why for the whole summer vacation and the whole christmas vacation? I'm in tears because I am a hard working mother of 4 and I never get to spend time with my child and she is being taken away from the activities that I had in place for her. I am heart broken with this case. Being that the agreement is in place, it has been times that I had to ask for my daughter to stay home because her siblings want her to spend a weekend with them and now the 'dad' has used that against me, called the cops on me (when we had or have made arrangements) and has filed contempt of court with the same devil judge. I can honestly say that i have been played and I'm at whits end because i know what going to happen next. I'm going to lose full custody of my baby and i don't want that to happen? I don't have money for a lawyer like the 'dad' does but i wish i did. but it wouldn't help my case.. because Judge Phillips is a ***!! Any ways, working on trying to see what can be done (if something can be done) about the dad regarding this hidden age that was recently revealed by court documentation and this devilish judge.. he is tearing up too many families for no apparent reason!! When is this going to stop?? If someone know of some assistance or can guide me in the right direction, please-please-please-PLEASE help.. and please don't be judgmental towards my life. I was a young and unguided teen. Stuff happens and i can only take heed of my past and not make the same mistakes in the future.

It is time to address the JQC Judicial Qualifications Commission and find out criteria they are using to determine if they forward a complaint against a judge for investigation. The JQC process is confidential so we don't know if a judge has 5 or 50 complaints if the JQC doesn't find a reason to investigate. The JQC meets every 6 weeks for up to 2 days, the JQC gets 600-700 complaints a year, appx 66 complaints per session which breaks down to 15 minutes a complaint. It is impossible given the amount of time to even read JQC complaints. i think the JQC is just rubber stamping and classifying all complaints as appellate issues. numerous judicial errors equal incompetence. Incompetent judges are under JQC authority. The JQC says 90% of complaints are appellate issues. I think the JQC is stereotyping all complaints by litigants as "appellate issues and immediately dismiss the complaint without really reading or understanding the issues. If you read the issues the JQC does address most of the complaints revolve around election, campaign finance, or such a blatant issue that results in an arrest, and/or the judges physical health. They say confidentiality protects the public confidence as if the public is too dumb to read a complaint and determine if it is B.S. 12 people from the public can determine guilt or innocence, the public elects the judges(sometimes) but the same public is too dumb to read and comprehend a JQC complaint. The confidentiality of the JQC does not protect the public it protects the judges. If we legislate to open remove the confidentiality of JQC complaints it will help resolve some of the issues. The JQC holds that confidentiality enables people to make complaints without fear of retaliation. This could be resolved by putting a question on the JQC form and ask the person if they want their complaint to remain confidential. I think many people want others to know what a judge did, so if someone else experienced the same issues they could come forward. WE NEED TO CONNECT WITH EACH OTHER. cojamalik@***.com

I am trying to connect with at least 10 people that have experienced bias, illegal action by judges at Palm Beach County Family Courts and have supporting documentation. please excuse me if I sound naive. I have someone willing to do a story if I can bring enough affected people together with documentation. I am new to the family court system and I do not know what other measures have been tried in the past and I hope I am not reinventing the wheel. I know individually we sound like crazy people but together I hope we can make an impact. There isn't a data base of negatively affected people.
